Self-confidence


⏬You may have already read a lot of articles about self-confidence, but what's the solution if you don't feel too confident in yourself? Sometimes feelings take some time to catch up with behavior, and you can certainly speed up this process. You may find that you really need some exercise and fashion to feel better, or you need to start thinking positively and smiling. However, trust is undoubtedly an ongoing process, and this process dramatically improves your quality of life.


⏩Think positively.


➤The truth is that reality is the perception if you feel confident you do. 

➽If life is falling apart around you without noticing it, it doesn't really fall apart for you. Start with more positive and happy ideas now! You don't mislead yourself that way - don't worry about whether your positive thinking is silly, ➤you're just taking over.
➤If I find that you're thinking "Oh my God, I'm so fat," stop doing that. 
➤Take a step back and reformulate the idea.

🔻Say it again, but in a different way: 

➽I'm not happy about my weight, what am I going to do about it? all your thinking should be beautiful and optimistic, all you have to do is not be too yourself.

➽Positive thinking leads to more positive and confident attitudes. 

➽Do you know what happens when you think of yourself negatively? This suddenly becomes a permanent habit to find that you are thinking negatively about "everything."


➽This will turn you into a doubter who listens to rumors and you'll become one of those people who frustrate around them. This is disgusting.

🔻Be thankful

⏩Well, have you read an article that teaches you how to think positively, but you're still confused? Start first being thankful. 
The more things you thank for being in your life, the more you can take a step back and say, "Well, life is really good.

⏩" The sad thing is how quickly we forget what we have!

In fact, you may have a healthy body, clothes to wear, and talents (what are those talents?) And people who love you, a future, and so much more. 
These are the things most people have - what else do you have?

🔻Smiled.

⏩ There's a huge debate about thinking and behavior, whichever comes first, and it turns out that the mind receives signals from the body, so start fooling your mind and smiling! In the end, it turns out that smiling is a muscle equivalent to oatmeal. I know that oats are a nutritional miracle and here's why:[1]    

⏩Tanning leads to the secretion of endorphins and serotonin. You'll feel happy if you force yourself to smile. Don't pretend to be happy and don't fake it, but "be happy."
Smile reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and boosts the body's immune system. As with calorie-free oats everywhere.

⏩Smiling increases our appeal to others. Have you ever been able to convince those around you before?

🔻Note:
Happy people are generally more confident, and that's the idea here. There's no room to worry when everything's okay.
🔻Change your environment. 

🔛Think about who you are at home, at school, at work, in the café and more. You'll probably find that you're representing different characters differently, won't you? There's probably one or two environments where you feel more comfortable and confident, so change your place if you find you're in a place where you don't feel confident!

You may not actually be able to leave dinner at the restaurant where you feel comfortable, but think about where you are when you feel bad next time. Science will be relieved that the cause is the environment and not your person from your touting.

🔻Use imaginations and deep breathing.

 🔜This goes beyond being a piece of advice to apply only instantaneously. You'll know the value of this advice when you find yourself in a stressful situation like giving a speech or talking to a girl you like.
Imagine you're doing well and it's going to be fine. You may be able to achieve success once you expect it, and by the same principle, you will fail if you expect to fail.

Breathe deeply. Rapid breathing raises the heart rate to get the brain into a "fight or run" mode. It's only going to raise your nervousness. You won't benefit from it at all because you're not on a hunting trip for wild beasts.


🔻Talk to yourself. 

🔛Look at yourself in the mirror and convince yourself that you are an amazing person. Convince yourself that there is no need to hide and that no one deserves to hide from it but yourself. Take strong, confident positions while looking in the mirror to get you to think positively.
