Creamy Spaghetti Pasta
This is just perfect for a turkey dish!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
A pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cups heavy cream
Directions:
1. Prick spaghetti with a fork, place on a lined baking sheet, introduce in the oven at
350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Take spaghetti squash out of the oven, leave aside to cool down a bit and scoop
squash noodles.
3. Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium heat, add spaghetti squash, stir and cook
for a couple of minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and Cajun seasoning, stir and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add heavy cream, stir, cook for 10 minutes more, divide on plates and serve as a
keto side dish.
