Most of us have been programmed from a young age to act, think, speak in a certain way, and even feel negative feelings about certain situations or causes, all of which are caused by negative programming.
 But this situation can be changed in our favour by replacing this negative programming with one that makes us happier and qualifies us to achieve our goals. The first step to change is to decide on change. Self-control is the ability to control oneself, in terms of the ability to desire, and the ability to control one's own will, which contributes to the attention of the human being to achievements. "Considering ourselves free and responsible for our actions is the basis of self-discipline.

Then develop six principles that help you change your view of things:

If you associate your mind with happy thoughts, you will get happy feelings and vice versa, as it is up to you, because no one or any circumstance can force you to feel something without your consent.

So control your emotions, and the way you look at any situation because on the basis of which your feelings will be negative or positive. If you have certain negative feelings, you should ask yourself whether this emotion is useful or harmful? Are you going to help me reach my goal?

Dr. Al-Fiqi then laid out four principles of happiness:

Inner psychological calm: allowing the power of love to fill your heart and entity. This makes your resistance strong against any influence of the outside world.
Healthy and energy: Put your health on your list of concerns and exercise. If you're healthy, you'll feel a high energy and you'll be more motivated, and your happiness is at its highest.
Love and relationships: Your loving, kind and mutually beneficial relationships will make you happier.
Self-realization: You have valuable goals and you are excited to achieve them and you will therefore be happier and more confident.
